    我简直不知道初中高中那几年我是怎么过来的。
    6:40起床
    7:00-11:30上课
    11:30-14:00吃饭,午睡
    14:00-18:00上课
    18:00-19:00吃饭
    19:00-21:00学校晚自习
    21:00-1:00~2:00在家自习
    我好佩服当年的我啊,看看我的作息表可以得出以下结论:
    1,精力真是超级充沛,每天只睡四五个小时上课能仍能聚精会神的听讲~
    2,脑子不聪明,学习完全靠自身的努力,呵呵
     
    对比之下,我现在老了,睡上七八个小时上班时仍然昏昏欲睡~~也没那么好的精力和毅力了,学个英语半个月过去书也没有翻过几页。看来已经变得懒惰不思上进了,要好好反省了!
     
    2。
    我们公司一个同事去了。从查出癌症晚期到去世,不到两个月的时候。身边所有认识他的人,还有医生,都说他是积郁成疾。想的事情多,好多事自己想不开压在心里,不太和外人交流,一个人扛着。
     
    公司里同事知道这事都很震撼的,今年我们公司的体检也改到北京肿瘤医院了。人活一世,比上不足,比下有余,还是乐观开心点吧。

    很多事情回头看来都是过眼云烟。我已经经历过两个同事的突然去世,一位是在美国遭遇车祸,在往机场回家的路上;一位是病故,从发现住院到去世不过1个月。感概生命之脆弱,所以好好珍惜,认真快乐轻松的过好每一天。
